Rachel and the team at the Connie Morella library made dreams come true by inviting me to help host their American Girl program. Guests had tea and cookies, did a little craft, and most importantly, got to meet the legendary Valerie Tripp, author of many AG books, including much of Samantha, Molly, and my beloved Felicity.

I am still floating weeks later from the pure delight of the afternoon. I got to meet so many lovely AG fans, many of whom came with dolls, themed outfits, and stories about what it meant to them to grow up with the American Girls. If you attended, please know it was a delight and honor to meet you and I am still all gooey about it.
